Meet the Team!

Dr. Mike

I was born and raised in Pennsylvania. I grew up in the Fort Washington area, later moved to Wayne on the Main Line, and now reside in Chester Springs. I attended The Haverford School, went on to Vanderbilt University for my undergraduate studies, and earned my dental degree from the University of Louisville. After dental school, I completed a one-year residency at a VA hospital in Loma Linda, California. Following my residency, I gained experience working in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area before opening my own practice in Exton.

I am deeply committed to putting both my patients and my team first, and I strive to provide the best possible dental experience. My goal is to ensure that no one feels afraid of the dentist and that every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and confident in our team. I take pride in being an honest and empathetic practitioner—qualities I believe are more important than ever.
In my free time, I enjoy anything with an engine and can often be found working in the garage. I’m also an avid dog lover and a fan of motorsports.

Tonia

Hello! My name is Tonia, and I am the Office Manager at Michael S. Caltabiano, DMD. I have many years of experience in the dental field and truly enjoy helping patients understand and navigate their treatment and records. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is being able to go above and beyond to guide patients and make their experience in our office as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Outside of the office, I am a wife and busy mom of five children. I love spending time with my family, traveling, enjoying local live entertainment, and exploring new and fun restaurants in the surrounding area.

Julia

Hi, my name is Julia and I am the Front Desk Office Coordinator at Michael S. Caltabiano, DMD. While I am new to the field of dentistry, I bring several years of experience in healthcare, including mental health and pharmacy.

I earned my BA in Psychology from Lafayette College and my MEd in Mental Health Counseling from Lehigh University. With a strong background in customer service and patient care, I enjoy helping patients navigate their visits and ensuring they feel comfortable, supported, and welcomed from the moment they walk through our doors. I strive to be a helpful resource for patients and assist them with anything they may need during their time in our office.

Outside of the office, I enjoy singing, playing piano, reading, going for walks, and nature photography.

Linda

I’m Linda, and I’m lucky enough to be the Front Desk Office Coordinator here—although I prefer to think of it as the welcoming committee! I love greeting all of our patients, both new and familiar faces, when they arrive at the office. I also help with scheduling appointments and answering any questions when you call

After being part of the team for the past several years, I’ve started putting together faces with family members, friends, and relatives, which has been so much fun. It’s been wonderful getting to know everyone and being part of such a great community!

Alexis

Hi! My name is Alexis, and I am Dr. Mike’s Dental Assistant. I bring 6 years of experience in dental assisting, along with administrative expertise. I have been working chairside with Dr. Mike since June 2025. I graduated from Pequea Valley High School and earned my Dental Assistant Program Certificate from LCCTC in 2013. I also hold my NELDA certification and am certified in BLS/CPR, RHS, and child abuse and state background clearances. Transforming smiles and watching patients’ confidence grow at each appointment is what makes my role so rewarding. I’m passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and easing anxiety through education and empathy.

Outside of work, I love traveling, visiting national parks with my fiancé Caleb, camping, and staying active with outdoor adventures. I have two dogs—an English Springer Spaniel named Deacon and an American Cocker Spaniel named Lady—who love exploring with me. I’m also passionate about fitness and have become a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Fun fact: I’ve gone skydiving—I’m definitely an adrenaline junkie!
